The age condition and safety, in many cases these are the most utilized appliances in the home. The wrong burn pattern and moisture can cause premature heat exchanger failure.

Structure...

A complete visual inspection of the inside and outside of the structure from the attic to the foundation.

Drainage...

Inadequate or reversed drainage and grading cause moist water problems. Proper gutters and downspouts are another important part of moisture control

Electrical...

We check double tapping, undersized wiring, open wiring, undersized services and more.

Plumbing...

Inadequate water flow, water pressure and drainage are just the start of our inspection.

Mold Inspections...

We offer air and swap testing  with next day turn around time.

Inspections are performed per the Standard of Practice of the Mississippi and Tennessee Home Inspectors Boards.
